Review: If you are a fan of Japanese pink films then you will love this collection. What you get is a little over 60 minutes of trailers of pink films that the Nikkatsu studio made between 1971 and 1988. Now if you are not familiar with what a "Pink Film" is then I will tell you, a Pink Film is basically a softcore erotic film with usually was made on a limited budget that would actually be shown in theaters. Now as far as the Nikkatsu produced Pink Films they were of better production value than most of the Pink Films coming out around the time they were produced. Like alot of the Japanese films I have seen there is some very odd films represented here as well as some pretty basic films, but none the less they all contain some good eroticism. Also along with this set you get a 30 minute short film entitled "Ryoko's Lesbian Fight". I do like these type of films so I really did enjoy this DVD and it's really helped me discover some gems of the Pink Film genre that I did not know about before. If you are not a fan of these type of films then I suggest you stay away from this release, but if you are someone who is interested in getting into this genre of films I highly suggest you pick this one up right now. Overall this is a great collection of trailer from some odd and interesting films from Japan!
